Casa Gallina ~ An Artisan Inn

Located just five minutes from the historic Taos Plaza, in a peaceful, pastoral setting of farmland, the five adobe casitas at Casa Gallina provide an oasis of home and renewal for visitors to Taos. Casa Gallina is the perfect base for exploring the Taos region, and it’s also the perfect place to stay put and ‘slow down’.
Casa Gallina, in Spanish (and in Italian, which is my heritage), means “chicken coop”: a nod to the more than forty hens that roam the country and provide us all with fresh eggs every day!
